As Vice President, Srdjan is a specialist at both high-level operations management and overseeing the details it takes to successfully manage the day-to-day field and office operations at Select Demo. Srdjan has 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with 10 of those being in demolition, in which he has held positions as a Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager and Project Executive. He prides himself in project execution, problem solving, client relations, accuracy, attention to detail and mentoring his team. Srdjan’ s mission is to ensure the quality and success of Select Demo’s work, while continuously improving and developing meaningful internal and external relationships and pushing for a collaborative team environment within Select Demo. Srdjan has a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Massachusetts in Boston.
