Merck, Elkton, VA - Select Demo was contracted by ERM, an environmental engineering and consultancy firm, to perform the decontamination of exterior surfaces of fermenters and conveyance systems, as well as the demolition and disposal of vent system and process lines contaminated with an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API). This work was performed in two buildings totaling 150,000 SF located on an active Merck campus, a multinational biopharmaceutical firm.
