Select Demo Services, LLC was contracted by Fontaine Brothers to perform the demolition and abatement as part of their $88.5 million Deerfield Academy Dining Hall Renovation Project. Select performed the takedown of a 15,000 SF standalone building adjacent to a common loading dock, including slab removal that required temporary shoring, along with the abatement of asbestos textured paint, floor tile and mastic and pipe fittings. Select performed the interior demolition of four offices within the dining hall space. Select also performed multiple building separations as part of this project.
