Select Demo was contracted by Consigli Construction Co. to perform the interior, selective demolition of a 12,000 SF space over five floors, as well as the abatement and removal of 30,000 SF of asbestos-containing VAT/mastic. This property was acquired by East Brown Cow, a Portland based property management and investment firm and is located along the vibrant and historic Exchange Street and will now be part of East Brown Cow’s growing effort to preserve and enhance the urban fabric of the historic Old Port.
