Select Demo was contracted directly by Arcadis US, an international design, engineering, and consultancy firm for natural and built assets, to perform the asbestos abatement, removal and disposal of remaining product in fuel lines; the demolition of over 2,000 LF piping; the demolition of five (5) above ground oil storage tanks; site clearing; removal of containment berms; and site grading of a former major oil terminal. Select’s scope also included the importation of 2,300 CY of topsoil, as well as the hydroseeding of the site.
