Select Demo was contracted by ERM, an environmental engineering and consultancy firm, to perform the decontamination of exterior surfaces of fermenters and conveyance systems, as well as the demolition and disposal of the vent system and process lines contaminated with an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API). Select was also contracted to perform the complete decontamination API’s on all of the buildings' surfaces and process equipment. Select performed the selective removal and disposal of interior building materials, including HVAC systems, ceiling tiles, stored materials, and general C&D. This work was performed in two buildings totaling 150,000 SF.
