Natick Center MBTA Commuter Rail Station underwent a comprehensive redesign for accessibility improvements under a state-funded contract by the MBTA. Select Demo was contracted by Daniel O’Connell & Sons to perform the multi-phased (three phases) demolition associated with this project. Select’s scope consisted of the demolition of a pedestrian bridge, miscellaneous station demolition and the removal and disposal of reinforced concrete, as well as bituminous concrete excavation. The MBTA’s Natick Center Commuter Rail Station ranks in the top 25% of busiest Commuter Rail stations.
