Select Demo was contracted directly by a general contracting firm to perform 50,000 SF of selective, interior demolition over three floors with additional work in G1, G2 and the penthouse of the former Sears in the Cambridgeside Galleria. Select’s scope also included extensive shoring and the removal of a large portion of the exterior wall framing, as well as the removal of the penthouse and the third level.
