Select Demo was contracted by an international construction management firm to perform the final cleaning at the new Margot Connell Recreation Center at Boston College. This 244,000 SF, 4-story rec center opened its doors in the summer of 2019 and it offers an inspired space to play, pursue sports, gather with friends and work out. It includes a gymnasium, multi-purpose courts, swimming pools, a golf simulator and a jogging track. Select Demo’s scope included both the interior and exterior cleaning of the entire building, as well as confined space cleaning, which required advanced training for the field staff
