Select Demo was contracted by Suffolk Construction Co. to performing the saw-cutting, removal and disposal of 49,000 SF of 6" slab. Select’s scope also consisted of the removal of exterior concrete pads, as well as six garage doors and associated levelers and bumpers. Select was also contracted to perform the chemical removal of lead based paint from steel to allow for welding. This work is part of the renovation of this space into a leading global medical technology company, newly redeveloped state-of-the-art life science space in Braintree, MA.
