Select Demo was contracted to perform the complete takedown and asbestos abatement of four, 4-story, 30,000 SF Boston Housing Authority residential buildings totaling 120,000 SF of demolition. Abatement was performed under a Massachusetts DEP-issued nontraditional work plan, as all asbestos contaminated debris was bulk-loaded. Select Demo's scope of work also included utility disconnects and the asbestos abatement of all underground steam lines.
