Select Demo was contracted by a general contracting firm to to perform the interior and exterior cleaning of this new 270,000 SF middle school and high school. Select’s scope included the cleaning of flooring, glazing (multiple difficult to reach skylights and mezzanine glass), restrooms, locker rooms, gymnasium, auditorium, kitchen, café, all classrooms and common areas, and the exterior of the building, which including the pressure washing of the roof. Select’s scope also included continuous, scheduled COVID cleaning of the site.
