Select Demo was contracted directly by Lee Kennedy Co. for the removal of 4,500 SF of slab in basement and the creation of two new elevator openings from the basement to the roof (five levels in total). The abatement scope included, from the ground floor to the third floor, the removal of 22,000 SF of VAT/mastic with 10,000 SF of carpeting; 3,000 SF of ceiling tiles with ACM glue daubs and 15 doors with asbestos glazing. Select also performed the interior demolition of five floors of offices and classrooms totaling 150,000 SF.
