Select Demo was contracted by William A. Randolph, Inc., a commercial general contracting firm from Illinois, to perform various interior demolition services in the Walmart Supercenter in Salem, NH. Select's scope of work entailed the removal of 7,000 SF of slab on grade concrete; the removal of an exterior canopy down to the asphalt; the removal of 80,000 SF of an automation and racking system; the removal of a 5,000 SF walk-in refrigerator and freezer. Select also performed the electrical make safes and electrical rework and furnished and installed a temporary wall. This project was part of a larger renovation of Walmart's packaging fulfillment center, which will transformed into a state-of-the-art processing center.
